Yes, our kitchen is open during every event. Check out our food menu here

San Fran holds a Supervised License, meaning minors are welcome to attend events at San Fran so long as they are accompanied by a legal guardian (this normally means Mum or Dad) at all times whilst at the venue. Minors are of course not allowed to purchase alcohol under any circumstance.

The time stated on your ticket is the time that the venue opens doors to the public. We recommend always arriving at this time to get a good spot and get comfortable! Set times vary between shows, and timings are subject to change without notice.

There is no venue car park, however there are many options around the Cuba Street area.

Unfortunately, due to the second floor location of the venue, accessibility is limited. However, we’re always keen to do what we can to make sure everyone is able to attend events at the venue. If you have accessibility requirements please contact us prior to the event you plan on attending, so we can try to organise assistance for you to attend the event.

All tickets sold are GA Standing. Please let us know if you have accessibility requirements that require a chair, and we will let you know if we can accommodate.

Please email nina@sanfran.co.nz with a description of the item to enquire about lost property. Please note we only hold lost property for a limited time before donating it to charity.

Door sales are available on the day of the event, subject to availability. Physical tickets cannot be purchased from the venue in advance of the show, they must be purchased online.

Coat check is available at the bar at every show, for $2 per item.

Please email finn@sanfran.co.nz for booking enquiries. For Eyegum Wednesdays, please apply to play here.
